Plan by sector, then choose room nights
Create an appointment list with exhibitor names, hall or stand numbers and any conference sessions before deciding whether you need all three days. A cross-sector buyer should group meetings by hall and day, leaving space for a second product discussion. The current 2027 hall allocation and your registration confirmation should control the entrance you use.
For all three visitor days, an arrival on 11 January and departure on 15 January avoids making the opening morning or final meetings depend on an airport connection. Exhibitors should book against their official build-up and breakdown access dates, which may extend beyond the public exhibition dates; this guide does not infer those extra dates.
DWTC access, trade admission and equipment
World Trade Centre Metro serves the DWTC district, but your assigned hall still determines the final route. Travellers with demonstration equipment, bulky samples or several colleagues should compare road pickup arrangements with the organiser’s access rules instead of treating Metro proximity as the whole logistics plan.
The organiser states that the exhibition is open to trade visitors and that under-18s cannot enter the exhibition halls. Register through the official site before travel. If bringing family, choose accommodation for their separate daytime plans rather than assuming they can accompany you onto the trade floor.
