The accommodation decision
A hotel overlooking yachts does not automatically give you a direct route into the show. Dubai Harbour, Marina Walk and Palm Jumeirah are different access environments. Before booking, check the November visitor entrance and how you will reach it from the property’s actual front door. For several afternoons on the pontoons, an uncomplicated return journey is more useful than a room’s straight-line distance from the harbour.
Best starting point for a show-led stay
This puts you on the harbour approach side of the Marina district. Compare Mina Seyahi resorts with northern Marina apartments, then verify the show gate and hotel pickup point. Do not assume a beach or marina promenade provides public access through to the exhibition.

JBR suits companions who want beach and restaurant options while you attend. Its position within the waterfront district does not remove the need to plan the route to Dubai Harbour; road access, show traffic and the property’s end of The Walk matter.

Choose the Palm for the resort itself. Water separates it from the harbour, and the road approach depends on whether you stay on the trunk or crescent. Arrange a land transfer or use a show transport option only after checking the current November instructions.

Leisure visitors can use mornings for the beach; marine buyers should leave space for appointments and inspect the ticket or registration conditions for repeated entry.
For all five show days, consider arriving on 24 November and leaving on 30 November. That is a suggested travel buffer, not an organiser requirement. Exhibitors and crew should use their own access and setup instructions rather than public opening hours to choose room nights.
The organiser describes Metro/tram connections and shuttle pickup options, but parts of its essential-information page still show April 2026 and February 2025 transport dates. Those older schedules are not a confirmed November timetable. Recheck the official transport guide before relying on a pickup point, operating hour, parking location or water taxi.
There is no show entrance inside a Metro station. Plan the final harbour connection and the return pickup after closing. If driving, follow the current show entrance and parking instructions; for taxis, agree the actual pickup zone rather than a generic Dubai Harbour pin. Palm guests should check the whole connection instead of assuming the Monorail ends at the show.
