Before selecting a hotel, identify which admission you have, the location of your first session or appointment, and whether you intend to move between the congress and exhibition throughout the day.

Prioritise the route to Sheikh Maktoum or Sheikh Rashid Hall if those are on your session schedule. A convention-district hotel is useful for returning to the room between programmes, but check the relevant entrance rather than assuming every DWTC hall shares one doorway.

Exhibition hours are published as 10:00–19:00 on all three days. Do not use those times as the start time of your scientific session: check the conference programme and your registration entitlement separately. For the core three-day event, arriving on 18 January and departing on 22 January gives room for the first day and the final exhibition evening. If you have booked an advanced course, specialty programme or another scientific activity, use its own confirmed dates to extend the stay. Do not assume every linked course falls within 19–21 January.
World Trade Centre Metro serves the venue district. Confirm the route from the station or hotel to your particular hall. For a dental-practice group, compare separate beds, breakfast arrangements and a shared meeting place; if the final day ends at 19:00, a same-evening airport departure needs careful planning around luggage and airline check-in.
