Standpoint is a pair of mid-rise Emaar towers (Tower A and Tower B), completed in 2013 on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard near Burj Khalifa, Burj Park, The Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. It has a quieter, residential feel, with a pool, gym, sauna and ground-floor shops — and it is one of the closest of these buildings to the Metro.
