Downtown Views is a single Emaar tower (2021), and Downtown Views II is a separate three-tower complex beside it (2022), both on the Financial Centre Road side of Downtown next to The Dubai Mall. Downtown Views connects directly to the travellator between the Metro station and the mall, which makes it one of the easiest places to stay without a car.
