DP World identifies Mina Rashid as a cruise and maritime hub, including the Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal. Your own cruise confirmation remains the source for the terminal, boarding instructions and permitted arrival time. A Dubai cruise label by itself is not enough to choose a hotel or transfer.
Dubai Harbour is a different destination. Do not copy its access directions into a Mina Rashid booking or assume that a hotel convenient for one port is equally convenient for the other.
